Clusters of Excellence

As one of the most important research universities in Germany, the University of Bonn has been able to claim six clusters of excellence as its own since January 2019 - more than any other higher-education institute in the country. And the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences is involved in no fewer than four of these clusters, including two in which it plays a leading role.
