Promotionsbüro der Mathematisch-Naturwissenschaftlichen Fakultät

Die Anmeldung zum Promotionsstudium und zum Promotionsverfahren an der Mathematisch-Naturwissenschaftlichen Fakultät erfolgt im Promotionsbüro.

Auf Grund eines Personalengpasses kommt es zu verlängerten Bearbeitungszeiten. Wir bitten dies zu entschuldigen.

Seit dem 02.03.2022 gilt die neue Promotionsordnung vom 17. Februar 2022.

Wenn Sie Unterlagen einreichen möchten gibt es folgende Möglichkeiten:

· Einwurf in den Briefkasten (Wegelerstr.10, linke Seite) (keine Dissertationen!!!)

· Postalische Einreichung (Hauspost oder reguläre Post)

· Individuelle Terminvereinbarung mit Ihrer*m Sachbearbeiter*in

Das Promotionsbüro ist nur eingeschränkt telefonisch erreichbar. Gerne dürfen Sie Ihre Anfrage per E-Mail an uns richten.

· Drop in the letterbox (Wegelerstr.10, left side) (no thesis!!!)

· Submission by post (in-house post or regular post)

· Individual appointment with your administrator

The doctoral office can only be reached by telephone to a limited extent. You are welcome to send us your request by e-mail.
